 Can you help me to choose an engagement ring?

Can I place an order over the phone?

You can place orders over the phone. Please contact us and we will check the item is available for you and we will be able to take your payment.

 

How can I protect any leather jewellery?

Leather is a natural material and general wear or cleaning may cause shrinkage, stretching or colour variations. Leather products benefit from leather cream which prevents the product from cracking. we would recommend that you don't get the item wet and It?s a good idea to take it off before you shower or bathe.

We recommend that you take off your jewellery before going to bed, if your item is plated or a fashion piece that is stone set we advise that it doesn't come into contact with and perfume, moisturiser, hairspray or any fragrance that could damage the plating causing it to discolour.

 

 Can items be engraved?

Only specific items can be engraved it will say on the individual items if they can be engraved.

 

How long does it take for an item to be engraved?

Engraved items will be dispatched within five working days of receipt of the order please contact us if this needs to be sooner and we can try push this through for you. 

 

What happens if the engraving has an error?

We will engrave the message exactly as it is supplied. Please make sure all spellings and dates are correct. If the engraving is our error then we will rectify the for you.
