At the moment we are experiencing delays due to the Royal Mail strikes. We aim to deliver as quickly as we possibly can, but please be aware we may delivery later than expected.
Orders over £95 will have free 24 hour delivery with Royal Mail Tracked, this doesn't include weekends and the cut off point is Thursday 3pm, this service would normally take 1-2 working days, if you require Friday delivery please use our Special delivery service.
Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery, This is tracked and signed for Royal Mail next day pre 1PM delivery at a cost of £6.95 of free over £200. This service can only be guaranteed for next day delivery if the order is placed before 3PM.
Guaranteed Saturday Special delivery with Royal Mail at a cost of £7.95 for orders over £95 and orders under £95 there will be a cost of £9.95 and the cut off point being Friday 3PM
If you require an item urgently then we provide a pre 9am delivery with Royal Mail special delivery at a cost of £13.95 with the cut off point being Thursday 3PM and is not available on Saturday's unless agreed and arranged at store level.

All orders are arranged to be delivered to the address inputted on the website indicated on your order form. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect information provides by yourself. If this means that delivery isn't made to the correct address we cannot accept any claims due to this error. This includes all items lost due to incorrect delivery information.
With our delivery services the Royal mail 24-48 hour service this does require a signature and the items will be posted, if you are not in to receive your parcel it will be taken back to your local post office depot.
As with all delivery companies they try their absolute best to deliver your item on time, however on the odd occasion it may take longer than expected. We ask that you get in contact with our customer service team if your item hasn't arrived and we can see where your parcel is. Please note that it has to be at least 14 days before we can claim your item as lost.
We will accept items for returns for either an exchange or refund within 14 days of date of purchase. The item you are returning must be in an unused condition in all the original packaging with all labels still in tact. It must still be in a condition that can allow us to sell the item as new.
We are unable to refund the following items, gift vouchers, pierced earrings (due to hygiene reasons) and items that have been especially made to order or customised for example special orders for rings in specific sizes. All Clogau rings we are unable to return unless faulty, this is due to Clogau rings being ordered to size, in which case this is classed as a bespoke item. The delivery times on these are also longer than items in stock. All sale and discounted items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.
Our Swiss watches are brand new and sent out with a full manufacturers wrap in their own specific box with a full warranty card and instruction booklet. We will not be able to accept any return if this has been tampered with in any way or removed. This includes the removal of links for social media purposes or wearing for events and returning.
Many of our items are sent with a tamper proof label attached. Please note that if this is seen to be or has been removed we are unable to accept this item back for a refund or exchange as we will assume this has been worn.
Items must be sent insured and you will be responsible for paying postage costs. We do not take any responsibility for items that do not reach us.
We will of course refund your cost of post if these items have been sent to you damaged or faulty. (this doesn't include items damaged during transportation, this is a matter of dealing with the courier service) Otherwise the original postal charge will be deducted from your refund.
Returns may take up to 10 days to process if an item is to be exchanged, we ask if you can place a brand new order first and request a refund on the return of your product, this can quicken the process of us getting your new item to you.
